You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to submit only your own phone number and email.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any program, be contacted, or achieve any result. Information on this site is general and educational.
4. Electronic signature and records
You agree that checking a consent box and clicking submit is your electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act, and that we may provide notices electronically.
5. Communications

9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
10. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@dominatedebt.com with your name and the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. DominateDebt.com is a fictitious business name (DBA) registered in California.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
